I liked most things about the game and was having a good time, but I went to sleep and did some things in the morning and when I logged in, they had removed me as leader to my own clan, and gave it to a random unnamed guy, demoted me to r1 in my union because I was inactive for about 12 hours, really stupid

I used to enjoy this game, but my experience has been seriously affected by multiple issues and inefficient customer support.
The first problem was with the in-game currency: in the UK, prices were shown in dollars ($) but charged in pounds (£). While they eventually fixed it after maintenance, it happened without any warning or compensation—completely unacceptable.
The second problem is in the 3v3 Arena. The displayed power of opponent heroes changes randomly, making it almost impossible to plan lineups. The developers admitted it was their mistake, yet they offered no compensation for the frustration caused.
The third problem occurred during the Arms Race event. I upgraded my Mystic Beast using around 630,000 experience potions, but the points were not counted toward my Arms Race score.
Overall, while the game has potential, repeated technical issues combined with poor customer service make it very frustrating. The lack of transparency, compensation, and effective support really undermines the experience. I hope the developers take these problems seriously, because right now it’s hard to recommend this game.
