How long does it typically take for stats and rounds to load after play? Do you need to enter or submit anything after the round for data to carry over into the app? Because thus far, nothing.

When I first downloaded I had the option to set up my bag and pay for premium stats, now that’s gone. The simulators are by far the best, too bad the app doesn’t match them….

Half of the app isn’t even there/functional. They make it look streamlined but when you click it just forwards you to the website.

Very disappointing.  Only reason I haven’t given 1 star is because I haven’t linked it with any data yet.

Even with the new version, still problems.    Scan and my name clearly shows up on the XGolf system and play the round.    The data never makes it to the app.    And no way to manually enter.

I bought this app when I started going to the XGolf nearby. I thought it would be great to keep track of my statistics. So far I’ve only been able to get it to tell me how many times I have been to the simulator. It has no other statistics just a blank screen.

I’d recently started using an X-golf facility, and then I was made aware of this app. After downloading and paying the membership fee, I was excited to have a chance to use it. On my next two outings, I wasn’t able to connect to a simulator using this app. After speaking with the staff at the facility, I came to understand that this app has a lot of potential, but as for right now it’s now working properly, at least not for me. I wish that I’d know that before paying that membership fee. It would be great if this app worked as expected.

Update: well today, I went out, and everything connected, so I’ve had to change my review. It was probably a WiFi issue that would allow me to connect before. I’d still like it a lot better if I could save/view the actual scorecard.
