## X-GPS Monitor Reviews in United States

### *---- "Bad"
You can edit and do what you want, It like an ols government app
-- Aboodmn1, 2025-04-06

### *---- "Tracker 1"
I took the tracking device out of my vehicle. I put it on one of my other vehicles that I wanna track. I leave the site but yet somehow it’s tracking me in my vehicle.
-- Kabz02, 2025-02-14

### *---- "Zero customer service and no way to call and reach anyone."
GPS has been offline and no support or communication I sent screenshots and have done everything possible to reset and restore it
-- JP Denver redneck, 2024-08-17

### *---- "Need help"
I followed the set up directions. Now its asking me for a APN whatever that is. There is no phone number for help just send a message. Withno response. Pitiful
-- Mike zimmerhanzel, 2024-05-22

### *---- "No results!!"
I’m not happy with this device just yet!! No one is helping me contact the device!!😤
-- Not worth it yet!!, 2024-03-12

### *---- "Double charges"
You get charged a monthly fee PER tracker - that was not made known at time of downloading app
-- nic ;-), 2024-01-05

### ***-- "The App has limited options."
I would expect more options with the app. Very basic.
-- dweaver34, 2023-11-28

### *---- "Lousy"
Do not buy. Do not buy. Do not buy.

The worst possible customer service on planet earth.

The actual Gps units do not last but for a few months.

Bought a new unit for the second time and it does not work.

Tracking is horrible. I I purchased this unit and service to deter thieves. The real thieves Are the ones you’re giving your money to if you buy the unit or the service
-- Lousy device and lousy service, 2023-09-30

### ***** "Don’t get it with all the bad reviews🤷‍♂️"
Honestly, I’ve had almost no issues with this app. Customer Service walked me through the setup but since then it’s worked perfectly fine.
“Constantly goes off line” is one complaint.
It’s supposed to go offline if your vehicle doesn’t move for a while.
The only issue I have is that I very often get a “detached from object” alert which seems to be related to nothing in particular. I presume it might be a vibration since it’s mounted to a steel plate on top of a roof vent on our RV. I’m thinking the the AC kicking on and off may be responsible.
Otherwise, I’m completely happy with this.
-- Zebradude, 2023-07-13

### *---- "Terrible app"
I have make multiple attempts to active they don’t respond it’s been a week I can’t use it total waist of money
