I would expect more options with the app. Very basic.
Do not buy. Do not buy. Do not buy. The worst possible customer service on planet earth. The actual Gps units do not last but for a few months. Bought a new unit for the second time and it does not work. Tracking is horrible. I I purchased this unit and service to deter thieves. The real thieves Are the ones you’re giving your money to if you buy the unit or the service
Honestly, I’ve had almost no issues with this app. Customer Service walked me through the setup but since then it’s worked perfectly fine. “Constantly goes off line” is one complaint. It’s supposed to go offline if your vehicle doesn’t move for a while. The only issue I have is that I very often get a “detached from object” alert which seems to be related to nothing in particular. I presume it might be a vibration since it’s mounted to a steel plate on top of a roof vent on our RV. I’m thinking the the AC kicking on and off may be responsible. Otherwise, I’m completely happy with this.
I have make multiple attempts to active they don’t respond it’s been a week I can’t use it total waist of money
No documentation, lousy support and “ no work” !!!
Never works and battery life is crap
Never looked at the reviews first. Wish I would have checked. Right now all I have is a 15 lb. Paper Weight. I will never buy another thing from SpyGuy. I can’t get it to work. You keep getting a different operator. ALL E-MAIL. There is NO way for them to talk to you. Then they answer your question by NOT answering your question. They wouldn’t tell me or send me an e- mail to see if I am even close. DONT buy from this company, or you too will have a 15 lb paper weight.
GPS does not stay online. The routes are inconsistent showing vehicle going across bodies of water, over center medians. Not very happy with gps.
I recently purchased an outlander at4. The set up was easy, once I tried to use the mobile app. That’s where everything went south. You can’t call anyone to get help, the so called help center is no help. They want you to use email for any questions you may have and honestly they are no help on there either. If you’re looking for a quality product over all with helpful customer service, this is not the place to find that sort of thing, Good luck
