## X-HERO Reviews in United States

### ***-- "Review"
It's a good game, but it keeps freezing. It won't load when trying to open the app. It's super slow loading, I literally can't play right now because it won't load the game in.
-- carmelcreampie73569, 2025-09-03

### *---- "Misleading!"
Makes you believe that you’re downloading a specific game, but it is a card game in disguise! Not running around a map with various blades and defeating enemies only! They have hidden a card game behind false advertising! Should be removed from App Store!
-- Disappointed 1492, 2025-08-31

### *---- "Poor service"
I’ve been talking to their customer service about an issue that’s been unresolved regarding bugs & glitches for the past 3 weeks & all I get back is the same answer of “we’re looking into it”. They say they prioritize the player experience but in the end, they just want your money. Don’t be fooled
-- Zachrony, 2025-08-23

### *---- "sad game"
Nothing like the video. No spinning fighting just some lame automatic fighting.
-- HeX.XeH, 2025-08-10

### *---- "Ordnance"
This game is a ripoff, it will continue to ask you to renew your monthly subscription and not only charge you double however it will make you watch adds even after you have purchased your monthly subscription.
I am currently at the maximum subscription as it keeps asking me to renew and it doesn’t show activated!!
This game is a scam!!
-- C. Stearman, 2025-08-07

### **--- "Premium scammers"
Do not spend money in this game. The “top up” “monthly package” and “deluxe monthly” packages are scams. They deliberately mislead you by messaging you to renew packages but when you “activate” them, they do nothing. They give you “subscription privilege” but do not fulfill the rewards. They do this deliberately to scam out out of money. When you contact support they just send you the same message over and over.

### ***** "My favorite mobile game! But why is everything so stupidly priced??"
I’ve been playing this game longer than any other mobile game I’ve ever downloaded. Over two years now and I’ve signed in almost every single day. I don’t know what it is, but even in its earlier days I was hooked. There have been a lot of changes since then and all the additions have been great. The gameplay is fantastic, the characters are really cool, and the PVP is fun. There are weekly events with plenty of great loot to earn. However, the game is definitely a little pay to win and everything is overpriced. $50 for a skin? Sure, it comes with a slight buff, but nothing that makes it worth that much. That’s ridiculous. On top of that, it’s one of those games that puts absurd price tags on everything, then pretends to give you a “discount.” It feels insulting, like we’re too stupid to notice it was overpriced to begin with. The only thing I'd say to the devs is to cut that ish out. If the add-ons were more affordable, more people would actually buy them. That’s way better than chasing big cash grabs from the few who can afford it.
-- Twisted6576, 2025-07-18

### ***-- "very fun EXTREMELY buggy"
the game is fun, ive been playing on and off for about 3 years now. and every time i delete it it’s cause of how buggy it is, events will get stuck and travel through other tabs, battles don’t start, the game freezes, every time you go to a different tab it buffers if you try clicking something it buffers, it just needs better optimization. i love this game to death i just REALLY wish you guys fixed a lot of the things wrong with it.
-- Rain datboi, 2025-07-09

### *---- "Money hungry DONT download"
They advertise things in updates then never show the hidden of
nothing they do will actually benefit you. You’ll gain resources you will never be able to actually use, after over 885 days all they do is toss new hero’s. All the negative reviews on the App Store magically disappeared. DONT download
-- Shadow18708, 2025-05-15

### *---- "Don’t do it."
The game is not bad to actually play but once you get to higher level it becomes a joke you have to spend a bunch of money to get stronger and then it’s still a gamble on actually getting the things you need to grow while everyone else around you grows strong faster. Customer service is a complete joke and absolutely doesn’t care even a little and if they respond it’s maybe once and then they delete the tread with no help at all. Even when you have proof of an error they deny it. Go to a different game and save your money.
