App frequently loses connectivity with the watch and then there's a hassle trying to restore the connection, you have to delete and restore the app then login all over again so all the previous data is lost.

The link to register is broken and just takes you back to the log in page. Very disappointing first time experience

Do a workout on my watch but does not register on the app?
Connection issues
I have the watch for a couple of months a first the watch stayed connected to the app but since an update I cannot get a connection it’s a terrible update I like the watch but detest the latest app

I have used my X-Wrist X2 for 2 weeks successfully. But having just been asked by the App to download V4.1 - the App fails to connect with the Band - the App repeatedly says Connecting.

YOUR DATA IS NOT SECURE
This app is FULL of bugs and the watch is garbage. But this you need to hear, you have to allow X-Wrist access to your photos to get past a “manage permissions” page. You are giving them permission to view your personal photos. Finally “tech support “ if you can call it that is a rude arrogant woman called Maria, I suggest you don’t waste your time contacting her. In short don’t buy the watch it’s junk and steer clear of the app, who knows what other data it’s harvesting

What an amazing app! It’s a great way to track of all workouts and keeping you motivated to work hard! I am so happy with this app and looking forward to seeing it grow!
