XamIoT SoundSense tracks noise levels in your properties in real time and alerts you as soon as a rule is triggered. With the STH sensor, also monitor temperature, humidity and pressure. Perfect for short-term rentals (Airbnb, Booking, Vrbo), residences, shared spaces, or simply keeping your home peaceful — without ever recording a single conversation.

TWO SENSORS TO CHOOSE FROM
• SoundSense: real-time noise level.
• STH: noise level + temperature, humidity and air pressure, in a single device.
Both are managed from the same app and can be mixed on one account.

The noise level is a relative index (xB): XamIoT is not a certified sound level meter and must not be used for regulatory or medical measurements.

REQUIRES
A XamIoT SoundSense or STH sensor connected to your WiFi. Alerts require notifications to be enabled. Apple Watch optional.
