Canceling bike
When the wrong bike number is entered, you cannot cancel or choose another bike. The app has been searching for the bike with the incorrect number for 1.5 hours now, causing me to miss my train. Also the quality of the bikes are very bad. Flat tires, no hand grips, saddle cannot be locked in the desired height, frame damaged, lights not working, no maintenance on the bikes, long waiting time to unlock the bike, locks loose, …
New version of app giving issues
The new version of the app is a disaster. Ever since this upgrade two days back have been having issues reserving a bike. Had to attempt multiple times to lock my bike. While trying to reserve a bike attempted multiple times and finally gave up. Please have a check. Also have reported this to the support team.

Connecting with bike sometimes takes many minutes. More issues than in the previous hello bike app.
