when my cousin was playing Minecraft on his Nintendo switch, he wants me to join on his world but, I told him that he needs to sign in first to play with friends. But when I try to sign in Microsoft, I didn’t do anything to the game. Please fix this.😡

Hello, I have an issue using this app, it’s good but i have complaints. First of all, when i tried playing minecraft with my friends, i realized my xbox account was still loading, but the thing is, when it loaded, it wouldn’t let me play on minecraft servers (Like The Hive, etc), I tried going to manage account, but when i got sent to the xbox app, it wouldn’t load my account, everything was grey. like no options, i can only see the menu tabs, not even my account was loading. i tried uninstalling and reinstalling, but when i pressed sign in, it wasnt even working, Now i cant even play wih my friends since they live in far places. please fix this issue. i am very disappointed honestly.

Xbox is not competitive enough
Can’t remote play my pc while using xbox pc gamepass. lack of features. for a big company this is not acceptable. microsoft should improved xbox management.
