1) I bought 2 tickets through the app: for some reason I had to make 2 separate purchases for an event as there were “man” and “woman” ticket, I couldn’t add both in the cart like you do anywhere else online. 2) the app makes the phone heat up massively. 3) I had to “kill” it to stop the heating and when opened it again it asked me to log back in. I am using Apple login, all goes through (ft auth) but it doesn’t log me in and there’s a message at the top of the page: It wasn't possible to obtain all the necessary info for the signup on Xceed, please try another signup method.

Ho scaricato l’app da iPhone, mi sono registrato e appena apro mi crasha tutto.

Mi sono registrato via browser ad un evento e lo stesso non mi compare tra i biglietti sull’app. In più cercando il locale, il luogo o l’evento non c’è nessun risultato sull’app.
Non mi fa entrare con apple
Dopo essere uscito da solo dall’account non mi fa piu fare l’accesso tramite apple id dicendo che non è stato possibile ottenere tutti i dati necessari
