You’ll need to complete a quick, one-time registration to link your preferred email address with your account. To get started, have the following ready: • Your account number • Your last name or company name from your bill • The ZIP code from your bill Then, open the app and tap “Sign In or Register”, followed by “Register”. We don’t get to choose who provides us energy, so we’re just stuck in this position. I’ve tried numerous times to link my account to my iPhone. I type in our account number and it says I have to have account holder’s permission. I have a special EV program with Xcel which I think caused the issue since it’s a sub account to the main account but with only one meter on the home. Xcel reached out via DM to engage me and after 2 months, I can report that the new App is still not working for my situation.
