This app can’t read the drive. It keeps saying “drive is unplugged “ when you plug it in. I even removed my phone’s cover. 
   I have version 3.0.8 on my iPad and it will read everything on the drive except videos. 
   I bought this drive to transfer files to my phone.

There are two versions of the manual: An online version and another that is downloaded by the app. The online version that a user sees if they investigate the drive that this app is written for prior to purchase states that the drive plays MP3, AAC, AIF, AIFF, WAV, and M4A. The version that is downloaded by the app, the one most likely seen after purchasing the drive, states that it plays MP3 only. I found it plays at least MP3 and M4A files. It does not play M4P files.

The app freezes, wedges, crashes, and takes about a minute to respond when first opened making this user wonder if it was working at all when opened.

The obvious failure of the designers to carry out due diligence, to test, and to think about how it will be used becomes evident when the user finally, after much frustration, realizes that the app will not find files under folders. iTunes (and every other music app I've used) organizes music files by folders using album names. That means that every music file must be filtered out of the containing folder before it's loaded onto the drive. 

I bought the 128GB drive to hold 36GB of 4,843 tunes in 431 albums so I could play them on my 16GB 5S. 

I can't explain my frustration, anger, and disappointment to have wasted nearly $100 and a complete day from my life that I'll never get back because of the incompetence and greed of the folks selling this product and the "free" app to make it "usable" on iOS devices.

I am thoroughly convinced that it'd be much easier and probably less costly to just get a 64GB iPhone. 

Additionally, the usability of this app is user-hostile. I doubt any usability testing occurred outside of the author.

It's a great idea that sadly failed due to lack of practicing basic procedures.
