I ordered food from this app. Customer care called me and told me restaurant charged the price but I contacted the restaurant and ask about it they didn’t change the price. The app customer care asked me to pay extra 200 for the food. I asked them for clarification they just say me to pay excuse this time only. This happened not the first time. I tried with my friend’s app the same thing happened twice. I saw the bill from the restaurant price was not changed but why they are asking extra money after ordering. I said them to cancel the order because this is not the first time they said delivery guy got the order we can’t cancel. I got the order after 45 minutes after above conversation. So I realized that when they said delivery guy took the order is lie because distance for the restaurant and my boarding place is only 3 km. Where in the world 3 km delivery took 45 minutes. How can I believe this app. 🤷🏻‍♂️ 1 time is acceptable but 3 times can’t tolerate.
