Save yourself the hassle

Quick books is much more user friendly with sensible price plans and clear communication that tells you what your experience will be while using their software. These guys seem like they are more about a cash grab more than anything else

WONT UPDATE MY IPAD

My zero account no longer works as it tells me to update but won’t update so now I can’t use zero to run my business , I shouldn’t have to pay for this if it won’t work , please fix this asap

Price increase

Xero has recently increased the price of subscription again without justification. Look for an alternative accounting program.

The worst product.

I have had nothing but problems with this product from setting up banking details to bank feeds missing data it’s been all problems. THERE IS ALSO NO CONTACT FOR HELO BESIDES A COMMUNITY PAGE. BE AWARE FOR ANYONE WHO THINKS OF USING. if you have an issue it’s pretty much peer reviewed or you have to wait for hours for someone to contact you via email.

Latest update glitchy

After uploading a photo of a receipt in to the files inbox the app freezes and have to restart it each time

Expensive

Constantly seeing ads for free months for new members while my membership fees go up is incredibly frustrating and unjust

Multiple delivery addresses

I’ve just signed up to Xero from prehistoric accounting software and love the easy to use interface, almost everything is there within a click or a few…one major gripe I have is the ability to add multiple delivery addresses to the one account, is this going to be a soon to be improved?…also with contacts, when adding a new contact, sometimes each contact has there own number to that of the main number, and it doesn’t give you the ability to group name/email/number together, is this something that can be improved aswell?

Glitches that cost me $$$

Why can’t Xero add the same function that flags you that a category hasn’t been assigned to a product in QUOTES as it does in INVOICES? Because the app still can’t and doesn’t default every description to a tax category, you end up sending quotes that with some items excluding gst without knowing! Then when you go to issue that quote into an invoice it’ll flag that items aren’t added to categories, but it’s too late! ! YOU CANT JUST INVOICE CLIENTS FOR MORE MONEY ONCE THEY’VE ACCEPTED A QUOTE THAT HALF INCLUDED GST! Hurry up and add that same prompt to QUOTES! It’s costing me thousands of dollars still!
