Signing in is impossible as it requires you to scan a QR code using your phone which is generated on your phone (needless to say, you cannot do). Option 2 requires you to download another app. Finally, once I had managed to log in, I wasn’t able to select my organisation as an error was raised ‘Unsupported User’. Over and above these frustrations, you cannot get any immediate help, and the support steps on the website only lead you back to downloading the apps. Update April 1st 2021—— App works well, I am satisfied. BUT in P&L, Month To Date and Quarter to Date reports pick correct new financial year (Mar 1st) but Year To Date picks March 2nd!
