### *---- "Sign in nightmare, no immediate support"
To submit any claims, I am forced to download an app onto my mobile device. Signing in is impossible as it requires you to scan a QR code using your phone which is generated on your phone (needless to say, you cannot do). Option 2 requires you to download another app. Finally, once I had managed to log in, I wasn’t able to select my organisation as an error was raised ‘Unsupported User’. Over and above these frustrations, you cannot get any immediate help, and the support steps on the website only lead you back to downloading the apps. My colleague has experience similar issues, I would not recommend.

Very useful app. However since yesterday 30 Sep 2020 version update, the P&L is nowhere to be seen on my iPhone 11.

Update April 1st 2021——

App works well, I am satisfied. 
BUT in P&L, Month To Date and Quarter to Date reports pick correct new financial year (Mar 1st) but Year To Date picks March 2nd! 

Hence reports are wrong.

“Can’t display invoice. It contains a tax adjustment that can’t be displayed on your mobile.”

This error message is unacceptable and I think that displaying my invoices is a minimum for any mobile accounting package.

Since about March the app is unusable.. worked 100% prior. Now I cannot even load a reciept using an iPhone 6s and a 20mb Fibre line. This is the main function I use the app for. I want to roll this out to my team, but hesitant now.

No graphics.  Where are the nice graphs?
I am very disappointed, I hoped the app would live up to its desktop counterpart.
It is like the developers thought modern smartphones are yesteryear's Nokia 3110's and developed accordingly.
