So handy to do things on the go, previously I felt I needed my laptop to do anything but that was a year or two ago. With the latest upgrades I find it really intuitive and simple to add contacts, prepare invoices and check my transactions.

Very easy to use for simple accounts. Links with my bank account, links with HMRC for my VAT return. So straightforward. I also use it for a much bigger business I work with and everything there is straightforward too.

Using the mobile app for invoicing it no longer sends a copy invoice to our own email. I’m having to type in our email address on every invoice to ensure we receive a copy. Been like it for a few weeks.

There is nothing intuitive about this app for people who are not bookkeepers. Even the main desktop app is convoluted to say the least.
It tries to protect you from yourself by hiding important bookkeeping functions such as fixing up entries which only got me even more confused!
I can’t seem to resolve simple bank transfers between my multi currency accounts on the mobile app and trying to do so on the desktop app I can’t.
I can’t believe I have to pay £65/month for an app that’s worse than my own budget app (YNAB) which costs a fraction of the price.
No business owner has time to learn the ins and outs of this tool. Make it more intuitive!
