Annoying and clunky
The app is a bit cumbersome… doesn’t remember what you’re working on or have any smart fields - basically have to enter all data again and again repeatedly. That’s annoying but fine… until the ‘Review us! Review us!’ prompts keep popping up endlessly and getting in the way of doing all that data entry. Just a very average product from a company that should know better. Sorry team, I expected more.

Projects is fine but it is impossible to get onto Xero me I’ve tried everything
'Forced' bundle purchase
The two-step authentication process is absolute rubbish! It tells you to download a second app from the same developer just to get this one authenticated so they artificially boost the downloads of a second app that nobody wants! You do have an option if you use a web browser on your computer but that option should be made clear on the mobile app as well.
Time keeping function poor
Happy with projects but wish the time keeping function was a lot better. Coming from Atto this is a big step backwards.
Looking forward to iOS 14 style projects and timer widgets.
Good app and looking forward to seeing it develop further.
Just missing one thing
Good app for time tracking. Start/finish times addition is great but would be helpful to have ‘breaks’ added to this for mandatory meal breaks. Otherwise staff either have to alter start/finish time or payroll have to manually adjust each timesheet

The most efficient way of tracking time and expenses on a project, I don’t know what we would do without Xero Projects.
