On the Go My 🍑

C Alé on

For as long as I’ve been using this app, almost a year now, I have continuously had an issue with connecting on the go. When I’m home, I can connect no problem but I can never connect to my alarm system via cellular network or any other WiFi connection. Fix this!

No more notifications

Ree MBrown on

United States

It’s been about 2 months since the last time I’ve received notifications for my doors. I used to get the “door open” and “open for 5 minutes” notifications, but they stopped. I tried deleting and re-adding the rules…but it’s still not working. I even restarted the modem a few times.

App won’t load

Cali_Kiwi on

For the past 3 weeks the Xfinity Home app won’t load. I have Uber fast internet, all other apps work, and I’ve even deleted the app and reinstalled. Still I wait and I wait for the app to load. Blank screen. I can no longer arm/disarm remotely. This system ain’t cheap. App Support shows a 404 error message “this page could not be found.” Impressive.

Convenient app

I have had it with this company I’ve over $10,000 in ““ false alarms I’m currently being violated after day and I receive no help from this. They call me when I’m at work to tell me there’s motion in my upstairs locked bedroom and the police come and do nothing Knock on the door like the manager or maintenance man supposed to answer. My cameras are being controlled and then they have a $400 bill that I owe them on top of being robbed and having the false ones either it’s the false alarms and for the fourth time I need to call and exchange my equipment or somebody is breaking in And not through the front door I cough and try to get it resolved, but somebody uses my account and delete my footage. What am I paying for this company watches me it violated it does nothing

Xfinity Home Doesn’t work

bob s 77389 on

The app previously worked fine, but I find the SimpliSafe System, app, and customer service to be superior. The Xfinity Home app now redirects me to the Xfinity app for home security, but the Xfinity app does NOT allow you to arm, disarm, or otherwise view anything having to do with home security on a monitored system. The Xfinity customer service tell me that Xfinity Home is supposed to still alliw you to arm, disarm and monitor your system, and the Xfinity app allows you to monitor cameras. How stupid is that? Why wouldn’t the cameras be integrated with Xfinity home app.
