They call me when I’m at work to tell me there’s motion in my upstairs locked bedroom and the police come and do nothing Knock on the door like the manager or maintenance man supposed to answer. My cameras are being controlled and then they have a $400 bill that I owe them on top of being robbed and having the false ones either it’s the false alarms and for the fourth time I need to call and exchange my equipment or somebody is breaking in And not through the front door I cough and try to get it resolved, but somebody uses my account and delete my footage. The Xfinity Home app now redirects me to the Xfinity app for home security, but the Xfinity app does NOT allow you to arm, disarm, or otherwise view anything having to do with home security on a monitored system. The Xfinity customer service tell me that Xfinity Home is supposed to still alliw you to arm, disarm and monitor your system, and the Xfinity app allows you to monitor cameras. How stupid is that?
