I am totally blown away that I pay more than $300 for subpar internet and cable service. Internet and TV service are inconsistent and require regular visits to the Xfinity app…where you can’t speak to an actual person and nothing ever gets resolved. People should really launch a class action lawsuit against this awful company..

I have latency, and complete outages, ALL OF THE TIME!!! Pretty much daily.  However, I don’t have options where I live and I’m stuck with Xfinity.  I complain about the issue and what steps do they take to resolve it? Why none, of course!! But they did increase my bill…  I would switch in a heartbeat if I could.

Decent app.  I like being able to control everything from one app.   So here’s a few things that yall need to work on:
1) you need to take the home security back to its own app.   I hate having it all combined. I want to open the app and see my cams and locks immediately.
2) y’all need to work with Apple and develop your accessibility to be able to have it on a widget. 
3) when it comes to accessibility, you need to develop your production work with Apple Watch.    I want an alert on my watch when my phone is locked  so I know there’s some sort of activity at my home.  Also being able to own the app, and be able to lock my doors direct from a watch app.
