Even then, signing up for auto refill doesn’t even work. You still have to manually pay half the time. App doesn’t work if the Internet isn’t working—the times you need it the most. The buttons are all for show. Resetting router button does nothing and same for the help button. App is pointless unless you need to pay your bill. -- theeboohooer, 2025-09-26 ### *---- "What an app" For the fact this app hasn’t been updated in five year is insane do better Comcast’s -- Jase132, 2025-09-25 ### *---- "Xfinity prepaid" Garbage -- Jason 2100, 2025-08-30 ### *---- "Just fix the app" CRASHING SOOO BAD FIX PLEASE -- UndoomingHumanity, 2025-08-28 ### ***-- "Allow me to prepay somehow please" Most months the prepayment app works first try, but occasionally it hangs up before accepting payment. Most phone support and all chat support have never heard of Xfinity’s Prepaid product. I try again to prepay after a few hours, hoping their competent employee has restarted their service. Too bad they no longer accept payment in person. -- EnglewoodColo, 2025-08-25 ### *---- "Crashing everyday" My services keeps getting interrupted everyday. The customer service support team is unprofessional and also the service is very poor. I am thinking about changing providers. I need the internet for school and work. This service keeps getting worse every day and year. The cost of prepaid internet is good but the speed is poor. -- Tinyredgigi, 2025-07-30 ### *---- "Agree with all" Been trying to set up automatic billing. Ridiculous. I have been on iPad for 1/ hr I give up -- gamgammy, 2025-07-17 ### **--- "Mrs.COLLINS" The internet is okay but if you do have a problem, getting someone on the phone to help you is almost impossible. When you are finally able to get a live person on the phone after waiting FOREVER, it’s always someone that has trouble understanding English and really doesn’t know what they are doing. It’s very very frustrating -- M.J.Collins, 2025-06-01 ### **--- "Please fix the App" Please fix the app! It’s always crashing and it’s been a year, deleted the app reinstalled the app and it’s still not working.😒😒😒 -- MUFFEN top, 2025-05-30 ### *---- "Frustrating" Can’t even pay my bill because the activation tab won’t load! -- Dayna Z., 2025-05-22 [View all Xfinity Prepaid reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## Xfinity Prepaid Discovered Keywords -
