I’ve tried all troubleshooting steps given to me and nothing worked. I just gave up. Then I moved and suddenly could log in, but now nothing actually plays. Live TV shows a message, “Something went wrong. Your guide isn’t loading right now. Please wait a few moments and try again later.” It’s been two weeks… how much “later” do I need to wait? Even later? Another year? Do I have to move to get what I’ve been paying for? So then I go to the home tab and see, “Free streaming true crime channels”. Ok cool. I don’t like that kind of show but I’ll see what’s there. Nothing. Blank screen. Xfinity, you need to hire better software engineers and QA engineers.
