I got a scooter and paired it with the app and signed in with Same account and I didn’t have the device so I thought it was a lag so I uninstalled it when I installed it and paired the device on the account it paired to others

Dear, I have used mi security, camera, 2K, and I have a problem with connection. It’s very low to connect to the camera. You need to add option to change Wi-Fi connection with no need to reset the camera itself you have to add control resolution from the application to change the resolution to 1K or 720 or whatever not only 2K and 360 so please need enhancement for connectivity and the connection to the camera as I have another one for another friend with the same Wi-Fi connection but it goes very fast, thank you

Cannot connect devices to Wi-Fi
The app is always asking me to restart the phone as it cannot connect to my Wi-Fi network. It doesn’t even check if the password is correct or not (I checked with fake passwords, and I get the same error)
