Έχω μια σκούπα ρομπότ της εταιρείας και ήμουν πολύ ικανοποιημένος, μέχρι που μετά τον 1,5 χρόνο άρχισε να κολλάει πλέον κάθε τρεις και λίγο και να κάνει τα τρελά της! Ακολούθησα όλες τις διαδικασίες, reset, νέο χάρτη κλπ. αλλά δεν διορθώνεται το πρόβλημα. Έστειλα αναφορά με κάποιο βίντεο αλλά δεν υπήρξε καμία απολύτως ανταπόκριση από την εταιρεία.
Δίνω 1 αστέρι στη βαθμολογία επειδή θεωρώ ότι είναι καθαρά θέμα λογισμικού, προφανώς είναι προγραμματισμένες έτσι ώστε να μας αναγκάσουν να αγοράσουμε κάποιο άλλο μοντέλο, αλλά και για την έλλειψη της όποιας υποστήριξης!

When I first bought the mi vacuum 2 mop everything was fine! Mop and app. Since every update since that has gone down hill!! 👎🏻 Wither it won’t work well, either there’s something wrong with the app!! Since latest update, again, it won’t register on real time map and progress! You have to close the app, reopen and then it displays its progress!! That’s a shame! Pls fix this!
Again, after latest update in April, vacuum behaves peculiar. Skips parts, leaves areas untouched!
