The last 5 updates are very terrible. The response time from the backend is very high. Almost all of cases I must close es reopen the app because does not work, the connection was lost...the operations are disaster. Please fix it because the app is unusable!!!

With the latest update it’s totaly useless

I installed the latest update and since then the smart fan is drop error messages and not detect the state of the devices… please fix this or make it possible to revert the app, beacuse in thsi state it’s not so smart!

Előfizetek havonta 2 eszközre és a videókat nem játssza le, holott értesítést mindig kapok. A korábbi videókat nem is lehet látni, az értesítésbe való belépésnél meg lefagy vagy kilép. Miért nem lehet megoldani egy ilyen problémát?

Miért olyan lassú az észlelés betöltése? Internet sebessége erős, mégis percekig tölti be az észlelési videót. Pár nappal ezelőtt még rendben volt. Alkalmazás frissítése megtörtént mégis fennáll a probléma!

You cant edit maps for robot vacum. Only option to clean the whole apartment. I have checked plenty video manual on youtube but the app is completely different. Support doesnt answer on email
