Worst Experience On Iphone
Full of bugs, authentication issues, cannot pair extender device on Iphone only managed to do that from a Xaomi device seamlessly.
Make different regions on same home screen
I have different gadgets and some of them on Chinese mainland and some are on Indonesia's!!! I need to change the region for connect to a different electronics in same house . Please merge it to a one home screen!!!
Waste of money
The app crushes after few seconds, whenever I try to watch a live stream from the outdoor camera - on every IOS device that I have. I should have bought a different camera...
No push notifications
I tried tinkering with all possible settings, and reinstalling the app. Nothing works. A lot of devices and features are useless without push notifications.
Problem with UI and language settings
1. When trying to control the vacuum cleaner, the top and bottom rows are a bit problematic: Top: cannot see the arrow for going back to the previous page. Bottom: cannot press the buttons. They are too close to the edge. 2. How do I change the language the robot vacuum cleaner announces message? There is nothing in the menu for this.
App ui badly designed, robot keeps loosing position on map
The top control buttons in the application are placed too high, right on the top information bar of the device and therefore are not applicable. If I enter a certain screen I have no way to edit and I have no way to go back. As for the robot itself - it keeps remapping the rooms falsely, and keeps loosing its position on the map. It can rarely finish a full room sweeping.
Loading issues
Vacuum map just won’t load So I can’t choose specific rooms to vacuum and can’t use my device as I wish to use it
Good app but does not fit well with new iphone
Buttons sometimes overlap Please add widget for each light
