The automation options are all in chinese.

Laggy and half the time doesn’t work

This was working perfectly for about 3 years but now all of a sudden it’s glitchy, laggy, it’ll show the image for about 30 seconds then it constantly has the loading symbol or keeps asking me to reconnect to the device. Even with the subscription, I feel this made it worse than before. I think it’s time to invest into another camera system.

I tried to enter captcha more then 20 times. It simply doesn’t work. I saved screenshots just to create some mems later.

The update killed the app’s experience

The new update and worsened the user experience. The app was simple and easy to use. They’ve now made everything difficult. It use to take me 2 clicks to get to the my recommendation scenes but it now takes more than 5.

Tell me how to make the connection more difficult than this?!

Never ever find any other product app harder connect than this app! The Wi-Fi connection setting harder than settle down your mother-in-law! Never try to make your vacuum machine connect your router in weekend! It will ruin your whole weekend and the next week days! Shadow of this bug still there!

Garbage outside of china

All my smart plugs no longer work since the app update.
