I requested a refund for my purchase of XMind Pro Annual Plan under the 7-day Money Back Guarantee policy, but I never received it. They haven't even responded to my request. I insisted several times.

Es demasiado caro y no es fácil de usar. Parece que me gusta pero no es fácil de usar, soy estudiante y para pagar 49€ cada mes solo por hacer mapas mentales y presentaciones y solo eso. Prefiero otras apps

Es una app muy fácil de usar y muy productiva
Magnifica
Me encanta esta aplicación, especialmente porque me permite ordenar mis ideas, de diferentes formas, ya sea en esquemas, líneas de tiempo y multitud de opciones. Me facilita el trabajo para poder realizar mis presentaciones.
Sirve para todo
Llevo años usándola para mis estudios y me ha hecho la vida mil veces más fácil. He aprobado asignaturas gracias a esta app, me encanta en general todas las opciones que tiene y las nuevas que han implementado.
Cada vez peor
Cada vez más cosas son de pago. Antes tenías más colores, ahora son de pago. Antes podías poner mapa compacto… exacto ahora es de pago. Precio desorbitado. No merece la pena

Ich habe in 03/2024 ein Jahresabo für 69 Euro abgeschlossen. Xmind weigert sich, den Kauf anzuerkennen und fordert mich jedes mal, wenn ich die (immer noch) Testversion benutze auf, ein Abo abzuschließen. Auf mein Email haben sie einfach nicht reagiert. Eine Katastrophe.
