This app is inefficient, loading pictures even with good reception is slow. The inability to load PDF files from app for logs is a problem. The only option is to load pictures for logs an this looks very unprofessional. Also searching through older work orders is a pain. I feel very sorry for my Technicians who have deal this platform.

Unable to see what you are typing . Keyboard is in the way after a few sentences.

I been using this app for 3 years and today I find you change the top menu then force and review while I am trying to fill out my paperwork. Stop messing with the menu . It’s becoming a joke

Screen used to rotate in any position. Has there been an update that has made screen fixed in vertical position? All other apps rotate on iPad

This app was not bad at first but now I feel like I’m wasting my life on it… truly feels like it. I am currently writing this while waiting for the app to load up and to upload my work flow. Once I upload my work flow it doesn’t even load up my picture to the job I created. Worst app.

I app does load efficiently but is limit and bit hard to sort through when trying to locate incomplete jobs. The biggest problem is not being able to load PDF or documents into workflow, I have to take several screen shots, then edit, and load picture. If documents could be loaded it would get two more stars.

Have been using their app for several years and also another platform that they had and it’s awesome. We use it in the HVAC field for our Service technicians and it across our company for other technician branches. Phil
