The app is unable to recognise a class at a studio that has a recurring schedule, so it lists those classes as always happening on December 31 at 5 pm. I've had this app for a month now, and still have unable to find a class that I trust matches the real schedule of the studio.
I love the brands on the app but the execution is kind of awful. The app is glitchy and I’m not even sure what you’re supposed to do?
This app is so fun & I get to take all my favorite classes whenever! My schedule is always so busy but with xpass I get to book a class on my time when I can make it. ALSO this app has fun games and contests that allow me to win pretty cool prizes that I would actually use, anyways long story short love this app & you should get it!
So easy to use and has changed my workout game!
Since downloading XPASS, it’s helped me stay accountable and more motivated to work out! The deals are amazing and the app is super easy to use. Would recommend to anyone!!
Great complement to my existing exercise routine. Definitely helps with consistency/ motivation. The integration with my existing boutique fitness memberships is cool too.
I love the concept of X-Pass - I was looking for an easy way to be able to attend Xpontential brand fitness classes without committing to specific location memberships. Truly that is the BEST part of this app and I’ve recommended it to so many people! Biggest downfall is how glitchy this app is in general - points will randomly not work when you book a class then charge your credit card for them, the “walk to win” step counter is in a different time zone than what you have in your settings, you can’t pick a bike for CycleBar, and you can’t add classes to your phone calendar. You have to go into the separate brand’s app to pick your bike and add to calendar. There’s also no way to contact customer service? Not sure the cons outweigh the pros just yet but it may get there.
Purchased membership as it was the only membership I could find for Rumble on Thursday. When I realized I could purchase through Rumble, I attempted to cancel on Friday. On Saturday, I attempted to cancel my class and membership but received an error when canceling the class. So I used the chat to have them help, explaining that I could not cancel through the app. Sunday I follow up and have an email saying they could not cancel because I attended the Rumble class.. I did attend the class but I paid through rumble and paid for a membership through Rumble!! So now I have two memberships and am paying twice and no one there can seem to help me. Their customer service is a disaster and they state you can cancel within 3 days of purchase “hassle free” but it has been more than a hassle to get anyone there to help. If you decide to purchase this app, good luck! I never leave reviews unless it is positive normally but this company has me irritated…
I am really not liking the changes that were recently made to this app. My biggest issue is that there no longer seems to be a way to add classes directly to my phone calendar after booking them, so I have to do it manually, which is a pain. There also no longer seems to be a way to contact XPASS through the app. And there is no longer an accurate count or list of the past classes I’ve taken. Also, the “calendar” page seems to make no distinction between classes I’ve taken and those that I’ve registered for but then canceled. The whole thing just seems less user friendly. The only positive I’ve noticed is that it does seem to load more quickly and move more quickly between pages.
