XpenseTracker is a comprehensive expense tracking and reporting application for anyone wishing to track their expenses and/or mileage. It's ease of use, full features and great interface make it an essential tool for every iPhone/iPad user. It's power even extends to the desktop by allowing emailing or exporting of the expense reports and accompanying photo receipts directly to the desktop. It will save you time and money.

Optional Subscriptions

The app offers an two OPTIONAL subscriptions, AutoTrack and Human Scan. AutoTrack is a feature that will automatically track your drives. All you need to do is carry your device with you. Human Scan will allow you to take a picture of a receipt and have an actual human extract the key information and update your expense entry. You do NOT need this add-on if you simply want to take photos of your receipt as the app already has that built-in.

Subscription Details:

* Automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24-hours before the end of the current period

Unable to SAVE after iOS 15

I have used this APP for many years and suddenly can’t save after installing iOS 15.

very useful, but please update. there’s a bug that closes the app when i press save 🙏🏻

Very useful

I find this useful both for work and holidays to keep a tally of my expenses. It would be great to view a log converted to your home currency and then switch back so you can see you expenditure. Also to merge logs by different users from a household, or company team members, would be really useful. Otherwise it’s a nice app and I use it everyday. Many thanks!

Calendar view adding would be awesome!

This apps has been quite useful, but if a visual calendar view of expense records is available, i believe it would achieve a further higher ranking in user evaluation.

Time setting

If the time can be settled much better. Overall the App quite good.

Has constant reminders for stuff that's annoying but I've only had it for less than a day and a clear way to keep track of my purchases.

iCloud sinc between iphone and ipad doesn't work

Great Secure Expense Tracker

Not a comprehensive finance app by any mean but it does what it sets out to do beautifully-Tracking your expenses. I love: different logs for separate jobs, auto currencies exchange, photo receipts, and especially the ***Dropbox(extra) Backup option including the receipts photos that gives me real peace of mind as I am always paranoid about losing my data. It is also very customizable allowing easy entries with your own preferred requirements. OCR does not work all that well like most OCR app on the iPhone, but I think it's faster to enter manually anyway.
