XpenseTracker is a comprehensive expense tracking and reporting application for anyone wishing to track their expenses and/or mileage. It's ease of use, full features and great interface make it an essential tool for every iPhone/iPad user. It's power even extends to the desktop by allowing emailing or exporting of the expense reports and accompanying photo receipts directly to the desktop. It will save you time and money.

* Completely customize categories, sub-categories and payment types

Optional Subscriptions

The app offers an two OPTIONAL subscriptions, AutoTrack and Human Scan. AutoTrack is a feature that will automatically track your drives. All you need to do is carry your device with you. Human Scan will allow you to take a picture of a receipt and have an actual human extract the key information and update your expense entry. You do NOT need this add-on if you simply want to take photos of your receipt as the app already has that built-in.

* Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period

Not for cloudless users

This was such a great app. But suddenly it is no longer possible to save photo’s of expenses. It crashes. It warns me to use the cloud. But, like many others, I rather remain cloudless.

Excellent,easy,yet feature rich

Excellent, the only receipts app I could find that is easy to start with, yet feature rich, fast and customizable. Create a folder (called log) i.e. Q1. Then start entering receipts! As a European I was pleased to see scheduled downloads of exchange rates and VAT support. My company does not want fancy reports, they pay after handing in data in a format they can process. The supported comma separated format is fully customizable (field sequence/included). I email that to my boss. The email even can include receipt photos with linked file name references in the CSV (spreadsheet). Always on not needed. it's all done on the iPhone. Backup or email supported.

Now very OK.....

Scott sorted the last wish within 24 hours.... Really impressive...!! Easy to use. And it works beautiful... I do use a lot of different currencies, even within one trip but the results are acurate.

Super app

Finally get rid of excel, just with your iphone a receipt picture will be recognized with the ocr plugin, less time taking, easy to handle and stable...

Very satisfied

Works very good and helps me in keeping my declarations in good order. I have used the app for several years now and do no longer mis expenses because i register them immediatly. I use it in business as well as private.

No sync

It works well, i have used it for many trips but what i really miss is sync between desktop, iphone, ipad, etc. That would make it a killer app, now only just okay.
