Engage utilizes the Xtime Cloud platform to provide accurate vehicle information such as factory service menus, dealer recommendations, and pricing and service and inspection history, right in the service drive.

Still unable to scan vin.

This issue started two updates ago. Recently saw there was a new update for bug fixes. Unfortunately it is still not able to scan VIN barcodes.

The vin barcodes  take forever to populate on the new app our company uses about about 12 iPads Daily to check in and out vehicles. And with the new update our production times have diminished significantly
