## Xtime Mobile Description
A suite of tools that extend the Xtime platform to your mobile device: 

•  Customer Messaging allows dealership staff to respond quickly, streamlining interactions with customers.

•  DealerChat expedites work in progress by facilitating communications with internal employees.

•  Mobile Inspect allows technicians to complete multipoint inspections from anywhere. Users can take photos, videos, and audio clips of inspected vehicles and attach to the recommended services. Vehicle history is available with each and every vehicle inspection.

•  Users will receive push notifications on their mobile device when Xtime alerts are triggered for events such as new customer messages or new RO assignments.

Xtime Mobile App can be downloaded for free, but does require a monthly subscription and signed license agreement. If you log into the app and do not see any data, please verify with management that you have a license agreement to use the app. If you are an existing Xtime user and would like to utilize this app, please contact your Xtime sales representative.

After making a video and stopping it if I click out of it to fast it won’t save and I have to redo the video. I have to wait at least 10-20 seconds to make sure the video appear in the lower left. Pretty annoying

How can we make an app where you cannot delete pictures? How do you also make an app that can’t focus the camera. This app also ruins picture quality. By the time It gets to the advisor the picture is blurry. This has to be one of the worst apps I’ve ever downloaded. They say this is supposed to make your job easier, but it makes my job a lot harder than it needs to be. It truly feels like we’re beta testers for this useless app.

I use this application for work everyday and I get graded on my videos for the vehicle inspections. If I grade poorly it comes out of my pocket. I’m getting bad grades because the sound is not working on the videos only in the app. It’s fine if it is on my camera roll but on the app there is no sound at all. Very dissatisfied for making me lose money day to day.

Cant upload videos/photos. Cant take videos/photos. Needed for the job as a requirement, cant do that. Half the time app just lags and crashes. If and when it decided to open camera, the quality is that of a potato. Literally terrible app.

The UI is horrible; why is there a record button where the shutter button should be? Having to log back in because I get logged out constantly is annoying. Sometimes the camera doesn’t even load so I have the completely close the app which makes me log in again. Doesn’t update repair orders correctly all the time so I have to hack out of the vehicle I’m inspecting and go back into it to document repairs. And don’t get me started on the actual website. This whole service needs to be rebuilt from the ground up. Both the mobile app and the web page.

When using the video function, if you pause the video, when it restarts it will add a random amount of time to the total video length. For example if record for 5 seconds and then pause, when I restart the video it will resume at 45seconds. Pretty much completely unusable as it will force videos to close after “reaching maximum time” even when the real total time of recording is nowhere near the 3 minute maximum. Please fix this.

So as the title states I updated the app this morning 8/6/25 and found I can’t make a video as required for my job now. Does not open camera as it should. I was in a proceed of making a video only 33seconds so far paused to continue tearing apart the car so more for inspection then says maximum limit reached then boom can’t make a video after that. Also before the update. If I was to receive a call the video ends and would have to start all over again which is very frustrating. And I will guarantee it continues even with this new update if it decides to work. You were using truvideo to do videos  which takes a little bit longer to use, but is actually more user-friendly. and has an alignment video limit of 10 minutes and then compile it using AI. It seems that this time portion of the app is not user-friendly, nor is it economical and just plain and simply out of date compared to the competitors.

New video recording mode the app doesn’t stay active when recording a video and screen dim then will lock while trying to record a video and video will be lost. Let’s take 10 steps backwards. Just like the title says. It is okay hut it great. About 60% of the time after you take a video the video just disappears and you have to retake it. Due to this you have to take your video 2 or 3 times depending.

Look, if you have a product so unreliable, why make it so the only place to upload pictures is the mobile app? I get forced out of the app constantly, but my computer browser works fine. The fact that I cannot upload media, via the browser, is a REAL pain in the rear. This is a miserable experience, all around.

When I originally got this app I preferred the camera through the app over the camera on my phone, then you guys updated the app, and now when I use the camera with the flash, I may as well be taking a picture of the sun. Way over exposed, every picture comes out way way too bright white. The camera in the app used to capture images very similar to Snapchat. Now it takes pictures that are unusable. Yes my camera is fine on every other app, no my camera hasn't changed, yes it's the update that was performed on this app. Which made other improvements but destroyed the camera quality, I'd give 5 stars 10 times if you'd please return the camera function to how it was when I got the app originally. Also, if I open up dealerchat in app, I can't get back to inspection without closing the app and reopening it. Anyway, yeah. Thanks for your time

Sometimes the app will stay signed in for weeks and sometimes it will sign me out after minutes. When saving a video it will sometimes just delete it no matter the length or how long I wait after completing the video.
