Doesn’t work
The app does not work when I’m not at home. When I’m on the same Wi-Fi it does work. That’s pointless!

After so long the app demands you enter your credit card number to keep using it. It’s also a junky app to begin with. It is slow and clunky to use. I am thinking I may have to get another dvr at this point.
I subscribed and paid 4,90$ for a year. Subscription failed & not working, didn’t refund my money (even though I emailed) and now I’m afraid if they still my money cause I did biggest mistake and used my debit card for purchasing. Don’t download & Don’t use
Not useful and also need pay annually, that’s ridiculous, already change the recorder and won’t use it anymore!!!
I have tried so many ways and times to get my cameras to work. Yes. I've reset it But yet nothing. When I first got it the directions to set it up are a joke. Only thing I can say good is the pictures/videos are good. But there is NO help for this system. I have now been broken into and of course when I go back to look there is nothing for me to view. If I could I've negative numbers. I would be say -4.

Now I can’t log in it wants me to buy a subscription to a cloud service, no way I don’t trust it .
