## XVR Pro Reviews in United States

### *---- "Parameter Error"
I can’t login and the app keeps saying Parameter error. I’ve never had issues until now. Please help fix this
-- JoseAMontalvo, 2024-12-21

### *---- "Abandoned"
Seems the servers were abandoned. Money wasted
-- Sky3129, 2024-12-08

### *---- "Doesn’t work"
The app does not work when I’m not at home. When I’m on the same Wi-Fi it does work. That’s pointless!
-- Fountainhead1979, 2023-04-15

### *---- "Pay wall"
After so long the app demands you enter your credit card number to keep using it. It’s also a junky app to begin with. It is slow and clunky to use. I am thinking I may have to get another dvr at this point.
-- 12345Andrew12345, 2023-01-08

### *---- "Cheater"
I subscribed and paid 4,90$ for a year. Subscription failed & not working, didn’t refund my money (even though I emailed) and now I’m afraid if they still my money cause I did biggest mistake and used my debit card for purchasing.

Don’t download & Don’t use
-- Hiner Zebari, 2022-08-03

### *---- "Not useful"
Not useful and also need pay annually, that’s ridiculous, already change the recorder and won’t use it anymore！！！
-- jakalajaba akkahahahjk, 2022-05-10

### *---- "Can't record"
I have tried so many ways and times to get my cameras to work. Yes. I've reset it But yet nothing. When I first got it the directions to set it up are a joke. Only thing I can say good is the pictures/videos are good. But there is NO help for this system. I have now been broken into and of course when I go back to look there is nothing for me to view. If I could I've negative numbers. I would be say -4.
-- Cbrlover1, 2021-09-27

### **--- "Error"
Was working fine than all of a sudden I get a parameter error message while trying to log in. No help available
-- MikeG311, 2021-09-24

### *---- "Cannot register"
Gives a parameter error. No details. Useless (only works locally and that beats the point)
-- FlippyBoef, 2021-08-23

### *---- "Subscription"
Now I can’t log in it wants me to buy a subscription to a cloud service, no way I don’t trust it .
