This works on my iPad but I can’t get my files transfer to the Flash Drive from my Android. Someone please help. Says it does Apple & Android products & that is why I bought the Flash Drive.
Or even stay open I would probably give it a higher rating. As soon as i tap it to open it force closes right away. I’ve done every possible troubleshooting for that issue and nothing works.
While excited to get the Y-Drive and to download the app(s) to my iPhone12, I was GREATLY disappointed by their performance. The drive was intermittently recognized and when it was the software apps failed to transfer data. I say apps as I tried all three. App instructions didn’t help; when they could be accessed. Not the drive to buy or software to use for data transfer or backup.
It does not work at all. Don’t waist your time installing it and uninstall it after you tried. I tried it on my iPad Pro and nothing doing. It didn’t recognize the drive... I was so disappointed and regretted I bought their flash drive
This here is among the best examples of bad customer service, misleading advertisements, bad software development. Wish I could rate it zero.
If you are lucky enough to purchase a flash drive that works with this app you are a very lucky person.. I have used this software with multiple flash drives and basically every drive failed.. now,I don’t know if it’s a software or hardware problem, but, my devices could see the device before using the software, and died after using it It would be really helpful if you could reformat a device from inside the application I’ve used other company’s flash drives and their software and there is a world of difference between UI, functionality, ease of use, etc. I would avoid this software and any flash drive that is locked to it
Extremely disappointed! At the time of this writing I’m on my iPad, but same issues on iPhone. I don’t know how you got editors choice. I believe they never read the reviews for the Y-Disk app(s). BTW, I’m using an iPhone 8X, an iPad Pro 6th generation. Issues: -Pressing the camera icon only opens up the iPhone native camera app which anyone who uses their iPhone to take pictures and videos with even wanting semi-professional results knows that they need to use a third party app (e.g. ProMovie, Filmic, etc.). Why can’t we have that icon open the camera app of our choice? -There are 3, three, Y-Disk apps in the App Store. None of them get good reviews, the number of people leaving reviews is abysmally low; Y-Disk Utilities rates 1.9 with only 282 reviews, Y-Disk Pro rates 2.3 with only 9 reviews, Y-Disk HD rates 3.3 with only 3 reviews. —— How would anyone know which app to ‘GET’? Average intelligence would think at least use the one with a rating of 3.3, but of the 3 only Y-Disk Utilities will actually work with the device - eventually and poorly. - The functionally is limited, confusing, and works intermittently. - I am asking for a refund from Amazon and will leave this very negative review. - I’m also going to question Amazon ‘How’ this got Editors choice along with Facebook posts to highlight the fact that Amazon Editor’s Choice designations are questionable in that it appears as though they can be, at the very least arbitrary, or the worst they are purchased in some fashion. -The device is not easily recognized and needs to be pulled out and plugged in until the app recognizes that it is attached and always asks for confirmation. Why always ask for confirmation?
Your app upgrade ruined my ability to use my extended memory of MPow 64 gig extended memory model 632423274487. Please upgrade your application to include previous versions of hardware!
This has hosed my MPOW 64gb flash drive that worked great on the previous version of U-MPOW. Frustrating
