Ya Fiché es la app que permite cumplir con las obligaciones que marcan tanto el Real Decreto-Ley 16/2013, de 20 de diciembre que establece la necesidad de un registro diario de la jornada de los trabajadores a tiempo parcial, como la que marca el Estatuto de los Trabajadores (artículo 35.5) el cual indica que “a efectos del cómputo de horas extraordinarias, la jornada de cada trabajador se registrará día a día”.
