Order process is smooth but could not locate order number.
Order Details number does not correspond to the actual order number in the outlet. Have to match order details to identify my order.

“Amazing” app
So marvellous that one can’t even get past the verification stage. Checked my mobile number, it was correct. Made several attempts. Sadly, no message ever came…guess I’ll never be able to use this app 🤷🏻♀️ Thanks for the false hope lol
Simply cannot use
Tried to order, never able to receive otp. Tried to feedback, the support page cannot open.
Very Lousy
I had downloaded this app for a few weeks. There’s not a single time i can use it. Today, i tried again. The app requires me to enter my phone number so that a verification code can be sent to me to enter the app. Tried entering my number several times but never receive a verification once. Asked the staff for help, they said my mobile number was entered wrongly. It’s my mobile number. How would i enter wrongly? In short, I’ve been eating and drink at Yakun almost like 3-4 times a week but was unable to get a single point from being a member of using the app. It’s completely useless.
No SMS received for registration of payment
Dont know what is the app for when u cant even add any payment method. Pls close down this app.
