Fraudulent company! Watch out

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! Booked a yacht with them and the yacht owner delisted and dissappeared and now they say there is nothing they can do and won’t return my full payment! I fell for this scam organization. Fraudulent company—DO NOT BOOK with them

Not sure why i got charged, never asked me.

I was charged $5 and it is weird how I can’t create a log in but they can charge me $5 and I’m not even sure if this is monthly or a way to cancel. I should’ve been at least asked if I want to be charged $5 to begin with. I just been looking at rentals for the day and came across this app. Hopefully someone reaches back out and explains what this was.

Crashes on Open

Can’t even get started. App crashes immediately upon reaching the first screen.

Playpen

Easiest way to book a yacht, especially in cities like Chicago and Miami. Everything was seamless and straightforward, and the charters were professional.

App not working

I’m trying to open the app and it keeps closing. I already deleted and re-installed the app and still doesn’t work.

Uber-Like Experience

Super easy to use and every step was logical and simple. went from installing the app to booking in 5 minutes!

Registration

This is awful. You can’t even see the app to decide whether you like it, before registering. And it is one of those deceptive incremental registrations designed to steal your personal information. It has 7 (!) pages of registration with increasing privacy information. You don’t know what questions are ahead, it might be credit card information and your address. I don’t know, nobody knows. No thanks!
