PROTECTED PAYMENTS: All in-app purchases are protected by Yaga. Your purchase payment will be deposited on Yaga's account and will ONLY be transferred to the Seller once you've confirmed receiving the item on the app. SHOP: - Thousands of affordable finds from your favourite brands - From the wardrobes of local Influencers & Bloggers - Truly unique vintage items Find items you like by using Search or browsing by categories. Great integration between courier vendors. Only Pudo is problematic. It does not updated when parcel is dropped so seller needs to contact buyers in most cases. If this can be resolved. I’ve had issues twice with it. The buyer protection fee is high in my opinion. And there isn’t much protection for the seller. A buyer bought something from me and didn’t collect it from the locker. 2weeks later -no response from her and Im still trying to get the item back from Pudo. I bought something and after waiting for a while and trying to contact the seller to cancel the order she eventually shipped without replying my messages, you have 36 hours to collect and when I contacted support they replied after 48 hours, I had to pay out of my own pocket to send back the parcel due to not getting hold of the seller due to no replies and slow support service! So much less hassle than Facebook Marketplace, because you don’t have 20 people asking you “is this still available?” Either someone buys your thing or not. The native Paxi and Pudo integrations work really well too.
