I like that this app is smoother/faster than TapRide and that we are able to schedule pick up through the app. Would be nicer if there was an option to change pick up or drop off location instead of having to cancel the ride and re-request a ride. Generally slower pick ups in the afternoon and evenings than in the mornings, but that’s not an app issue.
