Yale Linus 2 is snel te installeren maar de service om je te helpen is slecht alles word doorgesluisd naar de een andere afdeling de app is niet volledig ik kan geen vingerafdrukken toe voegen niet bij eigenaren of gasten

Het systeem werkt over het algemeen goed. Maar omdat je niet op tijd een waarschuwing krijgt dat de batterijen te leeg zijn, begin je toch aan de werking te twijfelen. Krijg ik op tijd een batterij-seintje, dan worden het 5 sterren.

App is zeer uitgebreid in opties en instellingen

Slot al meer als 3 jaar in gebruik en nu upgrade naar de Linus 2. 
Gemakkelijk in gebruik en qua installatie alles wordt via de telefoon in de app uitgelegd. Gebruik hem samen met de bridge en keypad. 
Zo ingesteld dat de deur automatisch na 2 minuten afsluit. 
Vergeet zo nooit meer om de deur af te sluiten.
Nu ook mogelijk met de tag op kozijn de deur te openen met de telefoon wat weer wat handelingen minder is.
Groot voordeel oplaadbare accu en geen batterijen meer te vervangen.
Al met al een fijn product.

Ik heb een buiten camera, garage opener en slim yale slot geïnstalleerd en de installatie liep zoals ik had verwacht. Bedienen eenvoudig. Kaartjes met QR code van de garage opener is handig om bij de hand te houden als je het kastje niet makkelijk kunt scannen.

Product (binnencamera Yale) makkelijk te installeren in eenvoudige stappen met duidelijke instructie video’s.

Het werkt nu super alleen jammer dat je bij Apple de app moet openen bij gebruik van de Yale dot.

Mooi product. Ziet er elegant uit en juiste montagemateriaal wordt meegeleverd. 
De kwaliteit van de video’s is goed. 
Mooi ook dat je delen van het beeld kunt uitschakelen van detectie. Handig voor de buren. 
Batterij gaat ook erg lang mee. 

Verbeterpuntje wat mij betreft:
Sneller verbinden voor spraakgesprek via telefoon;

Verder topproduct. Echt blij mee. Binnenkort uitbreiden met de camera’s denk ik.

### **--- "DoorSense werkt niet meer sinds overgang van Yale Access naar Yale Home"
Beste,

Gaan jullie hier nog wat aan doen? 
Het is al maanden geleden aangekaart. 
Inmiddels ben ik enkele zinloze mailtjes verder, maar het werkt nog steeds niet. 
Alles wat jullie aandragen heb ik natuurlijk al geprobeerd. 
Zo ingewikkeld is het troubleshooten immers niet. 
Het heeft dik een jaar feilloos onder Access gewerkt, maar sinds de verplichte overstap naar Home is het einde oefening voor de DoorSense feature. 
Je komt het calibratie proces met DoorSense niet door. Het slot valt enkel nog te calibreren zonder DoorSense in te schakelen. 
Niet echt handig. 
Er is niks mis met de hardware, die is degelijk, zoals je van jullie mag verwachten. 

Het wordt inmiddels wel tijd dat jullie de softwarematige kant van het verhaal gaan fixen, het heeft inmiddels meer dan lang genoeg geduurd.

Since the latest Yale home app three iPhones out of five iPhones in the family cannot connect anymore to the Yale Linus lock. Removing the app and reinstalling and registering doesn’t help.  
Even a completely new account with new mail address and phone number doesn’t work. 
Back to the normal physical key is the solution for now.

Verplicht moeten overstappen naar een nieuwe app. Met de oude app nooit problemen en nu krijg ik met geen mogelijkheid verbinding met het Yale-slot en Yale-bridge. Het Yale-slot kan ik nu al een paar maanden niet meer gebruiken.
Nu al een paar keer toezegging gehad dat ik wordt teruggebeld, maar tot dusver niemand gesproken die dit kan oplossen. Verwijzing naar de support pagina is niet nodig, want daar staat de oplossing voor dit probleem niet!!

Helaas, na de nieuwe “betere” app geeft mijn ACCES bijgekochte WiFi verbinding problemen.
Opnieuw installeren wil niet, de app geeft steeds de melding “onverwachte fout”. Reageren op meerdere mails doet Yale niet.
Nu dus een niet werkend stuk hardware
