Meget fornøyd med låsen, funker slik den skal alltid. Appen derimot er triste greier. Treg app, sliter med å koble seg opp mot lås, bruker evigheter på å gjennomføre handlinger, dette på tross av at router, hub og lås er innenfor en radius på 3m med kun lettvegger som skiller. Her skuffer Yale, hadde forventet langt bedre av «markedslederen»

Can’t log in to the app, it won’t let me choose region. Changed password on the website but can’t login on the app🤦‍♂️.

+ the door is unstable when it’s colder then -1* and sometimes i have to use the same code 4 times before registering, this doesn’t happen often but is super frustrating when it does. 
I filmed it once to see if I did something wrong.

Appen generelt er ikke super intuitiv, men den fungerer. Jeg savner dog dark mode, som har vært ute på markedet i mange år nå, så det burde absolutt være på plass. I tillegg er det tullete at Matter ikke støttes. Jeg ønsker virkelig å få dette inn sammen med andre smarte enheter.

Får ikke låst opp med mobil etter oppdatering av IPhone Appen. 

Har V2N med Yale acces module.
Prøvd å resette acces module, men den fungerer ikke selv om den resettes og legges til på ny i appen.

Jeg fikk byttet yale classic med en L3S, og fikk den koblet etter mange forsøk. Det funker nå, men den gamle låsen som er defekt får jeg ikke fjernet fra appen. Har sendt epost til yale support og venter på svar. Uansett, det burde være en mulighet i appen å fjerne låser som ikke er i bruk når låsen har tatt kvelden.

Helhetlig bra. 
Det eneste jeg har å utsette er:
- hvorfor jeg får opp valg av «nøkler/hjem» når jeg bare har én enhet?
- til å begynne med måtte jeg trykke ekstra for å dra tilbake fallen. Nå plutselig åpner den låsen og drar tilbake fallen uansett hva jeg gjør. Når døren glir opp fungerer det ikke spesielt bra. Jeg vil bare låse opp.

....batteristatus! Det er uforståelige at man ikke kan se batteristatus i appen. Når batteriene er tomme så kommer man verken inn eller ut. Jeg ble selv innelåst med 3 små barn en morgen. Låsen var helt "død". 

Heldigvis hadde jeg nye batterier liggende. 

Men det er altså INGEN status eller varsler i app eller lyd via låsen som varsler om "lavt batteri".

I mine øyne er dette KRISE for en dørlås som er avhengig av batteri.

Yale Access app funket helt uten problemer, Yale home krøllet alt til. Får ikke logget inn, får ikke byttet passord, får ikke noen hjelp……hvorfor forandre noe som funket??? 🤨 1 stjerner fordi låsen enda funker. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

### *---- "Ustabil og treg app, ubrukelig API til smarthus"
Appen er svært ustabil og treg. Må ofte låse opp døren flere ganger og verifisere med FaceID hver gang før døren låser seg opp. Etter bytte til Yale Home har også 3.parts integrasjoner blitt både tregere og mer ustabil. Stort sett ubrukelig for smarthuset og status fra låsen oppdateres ikke før man gjør noe i appen på mobil. Anbefales IKKE dersom man skal bruke mer funksjonalitet enn bare kode/brikke på selve låsen.
