• Arm, disarm & view the status of your alarm anytime, anywhere**.
• Receive notifications when your alarm is armed, disarmed, or when it detects an intruder. 
• Notifications when you leave home with the alarm disarmed
• Add new devices and configure all settings
• Manage user PIN codes for the Key Pad
• View images inside your home when using the Yale PIR Image Camera***

By far the most frustrating experience anyone could ever have. You are constantly and I mean CONSTANTLY having to log in to your account to activate/disable the alarm system. Occurs on both mine and my wife’s phones so not a device issue. No interest from the developers to fix the issue either as we aren’t alone and has been like this for a while. Look elsewhere to secure your home and family, not here.

Poorly integrated app. No shortcut capability. No ability to connect to Hue to turn on and off.

Now have to login every time we use it. Very bad app - don’t buy the alarm as you’re forced to use it.

Devs - please listen to your customers. Why do we have to log in every time ? Please fix this - it’s so annoying and if prospective customers are thinking of your products they’ll see many reviews and go elsewhere. Dumb business.

It all went well until a couple of nights ago, the app updated itself during the night and requested I login again, it refused my credentials, I have tried approximately 15 times to reset my password, on every attempt I click on the link and it returns a link expired message, I have emailed the alleged customer support numerous times and received no response, all in all an extremely poor example of customer service.

After a reply from Yale through Apple I have managed to resolve the issue
