Качество сервиса неуклонно снижается.
Я пользуюсь сервисом с первых дней, застал поглощение foodfox, закрытие Uber eats, покупку Delivery. Рынок зачищен от конкурентов. С 2023 качество сервиса заметно ухудшилось: доставка регулярно опаздывает (серьезно, 2 из 3 доставок), иногда заказ просто не приезжает из-за отсутствия свободных курьеров. Теперь прежде чем использовать сервис - захожу на сайт ресторана и если есть их доставка, пользуюсь ей.
Уважаемый менеджмент, пожалуйста, обратите внимание на ситуацию. Жаль потерять такой сервис.

Две звездочки только за доставку продуктов, доставка из расторана 50/50 , как повезет, часто еда приезжает холодной .Не люблю непредсказуемость, поэтому оценка такая.
