Facing login issue and fares low

Fare for riders are not good and also facing issue while login it’s consuming time verification code not receiving trying so many time but in vain there should be improvements

Yango disadvantages

Yango is beneficiary for customer only, they ruined drivers by following 1. Some time rider reached at pick up point then customer cancelled and they only excuse with driver even if he travelled upto 5KM 2. Yango application map distance and google distance are much different 3. They not blocked customer id on our request 4. Fares are not according to rushy areas. 5. They have to inform driver first that passangers are 4 or 5

Improve Driver Info for Seamless Rides

Yango app falls short in providing essential information to drivers. The absence of details like the ride amount and destination upon receiving requests leaves drivers with limited information to make informed decisions. Displaying these crucial details upfront would empower drivers to better assess and decide whether to accept a ride, contributing to a more transparent and efficient experience for both drivers and passengers.

Make it driver friendly also

Good for customers point of view but as a bike driver I don’t feel it good, comparing with other similar apps, earning is very low. Increasing petrol prices but ride fare are still low I can only recover fuel from ride fares and even sometime burn more fuel then ride fare because of pickup distance. Bonuses are also very low you can’t get more the 1500 rps. Per day by completing 17 rides. This is very difficult target and low reward.
