This app is completely unreliable. They promoted a 20% discount when paying with Yassir Cash, and I used it several times, then suddenly, the offer disappeared without any notice. When i contacted support, their only reply was: “The offer is no longer valid.” If I had known that, I would’ve used inDrive or Heetch instead, since they’re much cheaper and far more professional. Now my money is stuck in Yassir Cash because it can’t be refunded to my bank account, and now my money is stuck in Yassir Cash since it can’t be refunded to my bank account, and I’m forced to spend it on an app that lacks honesty and transparency.
