Not a good app to book flights

The Yatra app is extremely slow, and they charge for cancellations without providing any refunds, making it the worst app for booking flights.

Credit card payment Issue

Whenever I try to book my ticket after selecting all the things when I try to do payment with Debit / Credit card it says oops we have temporary hiccups. Kindly fix it

no reservation after paying

i made a hotel reservation and even paid money for it but it shows no reservations.

Wrong deduction practice and blaming airlines for that

You blamed airlines for deduction in form of cancellation fee but I had another ticket from same airlines on same route. When I cancelled the other ticket they charged 965 and you guys deducted 13500 for it in the name of airline. I spoke to airline they said its Yatra.com issue. You have lost a loyal customer.

Worst flight booking experience

When i have try to cancel my flight before 1 month they have charged me more than 85% of the ticket amount for cancellation and also they changed in to 90%. In their booking policy saying only 2500 airlines charge and 1500 for yatra charge for cancellation. But they send me mail saying they will deduct a fee of around 11500 for cancellation.

Poor customer support

I booked domestic flight from this app and select seat but at a time of check in air india change all seat number and in this app customer service number is not working; even i do chat but this option is not available in chat.
