Despite having a confirmed booking, the driver refused to accept my luggage unless I paid an extra ₹100. When I raised the issue, the driver, along with the taxi union, used abusive language, which is absolutely unacceptable. If this platform is government-supported, it must operate with accountability and professionalism. Such incidents not only cause distress but also raise serious concerns about passenger safety and respect. I urge the company to address such behavior seriously and ensure passengers don’t have to face such harassment. Until then, I cannot recommend this service to anyone. -- Faisal256, 2024-12-27 ### *---- "Rowdy rural drivers" Drivers are fresh off the boat from Bihar and zero location clue. They can’t check GPS. Won’t accept UPI. -- Abhismita Sen, 2024-12-27 ### *---- "Complain" The Yatri Sathi app is very bad. I booked a ride, and the driver confirmed, but when I called to ask where they were, they said they were coming, but they weren’t. When I called again, they didn’t pick up the call at all, even though they were in the same place. Then, at 2 AM, the Yatri Sathi app itself canceled the ride. It was a very bad experience, and this has happened many times before, which is why I am here to complain. -- Adiba08, 2024-12-22 ### *---- "Worst app" Worst appp , the rider couldn’t come to the destination to pick me up And due to some issue the rider cancelled it n gave the another person to pick me up Same thing happened with the next rider So I won’t suggest anyone to use this app -- Csnisub, 2024-12-21 ### *---- "WORST APP EVER" They promise for lowest price but apparently i always find their prices to be the highest among all the apps. The customer support team is useless. They dont respond to emails and the calls never connect. Drivers take the booking and then dont come for 10-15 minutes and cancel the ride. They behave very rudely as well -- Rudedrivers, 2024-12-14 ### *---- "Worst cab service ever." The drivers are rude and drive very very rashly, they randomly cancel the ride even after calling and confirming. After completion of the ride, the fare automatically increases by ₹60-100 for no apparent reason. The drivers tell you that you can contact customer support they will refund the extra money, but here’s the funny part, the customer support number is either switched off or someone is constantly disconnecting the call, so there’s no way to get any issue resolved, good luck mailing them for resolution because that too is a dead end. Just get a cab from Uber, or even InDriver because this app is absolutely ridiculous. -- Anu1413, 2024-12-13 ### ***** "Journey through YATRI SATHI" Excellent confition of car, driving & knowledge of locality.' -- VEXX_1, 2024-12-10 ### *---- "Driver beat me up because I cancelled cause he asked for more fare" I booked a bike at 1:21pm on 7th December. As soon as I book, the driver called and asked me where will I go. He asked me to pay him more fare than shown in the app. So I cancelled my ride. A few mins later as I was waiting for another driver from Uber, the driver came and asked me why I cancelled and started to touch my phone and swear at me. And then he got down from his bike and started to beat me up and tore the earphones I was wearing. And then ran away. This is the ride ID: rZypR3Up8E I have been trying to reach the customer service through call but no one is picking up the call. -- SrinathM, 2024-12-07 ### *---- "App gets auto closed" Whenever I open the app after some steps it closes automatically. -- Ankul Singh, 2024-12-04 ### ***** "Very nice" Loved it -- Diya33333, 2024-11-26 [View all Yatri Sathi reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## Yatri Sathi Store Rankings | Chart | Country | Category | Rank | |-------|---------|----------|------| | Top Free | India | Travel | #75 | ## Yatri Sathi Discovered Keywords - language pro - learn any language - langu - nature lite - yatri sathi --- ## About AppTail [AppTail](https://apptail.io) is a mobile app intelligence platform providing app analytics, ASO (App Store Optimization) tools, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, revenue estimates, and review monitoring for iOS App Store apps.
