Insane amount of pop-ups
I track my calories independently most of the days but when I do use the app I always get these “motivation” tracking pop-ups followed by a promotion for the app’s subscription, followed by 2 additional sponsored ads with a hidden skip button and a tracking record freezing pop-up or whatever. This is just absurd, I’m better off with any other app with less ads
withdrawal of money
I have not used the Yazio app for over 2 years. A few weeks ago, a payment for a pro subscription was withdrawn from my account. I still have not received a response from technical support. The money was not returned to the account.

Too arbitrary, no free trial and no refund
The app looks great at first glance, but you have to eat 3 meals with arbitrarily pre-counted calories. Also you have no way to know this cause you pay from advance and theres no free trial or refund. I've mistakenly thought this is a calories tracking app. Its just an arbitrary diet app. You should add an option of selecting number of meals per day, changing the proportion of each meal, set macros, adjust calories goal per day etc. The developers have been putting all of their time into the UI instead of making it a good app. Disappointing.

There is a very big problem with my app because I payed for a subscription and now it won’t let me in my account it’s says that I don’t have an a account but I already pay for a whole year!!!!!!
