## YEEDI Reviews in United States

### *---- "Please switch on power"
This is working perfectly until suddenly randomly one day it would not charge even when I had it plugged into the wall. I tested the outlet to make sure it was working I plugged in other the devices, but when I plug in this particular device, it will keep saying every five minutes, please switch on the power

Please fix
-- Escozío, 2025-09-11

### *---- "After years I’m switching"
I’ve had yeedi robots for years. At first it was fine but the robots have developed malfunctions, the app is full of new malfunctions, and customer support is terrible. After years, I have finally had enough and am switching to a different brand.
-- molliwater, 2025-08-30

### *---- "Vacuum ✅ app ❌"
I LOVE the robot. It's so much better than the irobot garbage robot. But...... This app..... Every other update means I have to uninstall and reinstall for it to not crash every time I use it. It's just so painful. Test your code, guys!
-- Ocrareview, 2025-08-16

### *---- "Data submission error"
Please fix this as i don't have access to my vacuum. It's completely logged me out.
-- No-one.v2, 2025-08-13

### *---- "App doesn’t work properly"
The app used to work great, now it doesn’t even save the cleaning history or the map. There’s no map anymore so I can’t tell my vacuum anymore to clean a specific area. Please fix the app.
-- Alexaria17, 2025-08-07

### *---- "Bad App"
The robot vacuum is great, but the app is terrible. It just decides that it doesn't want to clean but the room seemingly at random. It asks to remap areas that are already mapped. Really the worst part of the product. I hope for updates and improvements soon.
-- guyofthings, 2025-08-06

### *---- "App crashes Constantly"
The app is unstable, plain and simple. Be prepared for it to crash at any moment.

Hard to believe that the average rating is 4.9/5
-- c0wb0yd, 2025-08-03

### *---- "Works great til it doesn’t"
I’ve had the robot 2 years. At first it was great. Then about a year ago, the app updated and the robot was useless. The bug was finally fixed but the robot now acts erratic - ignoring the programmed cleaning sequence, losing its location in the middle of a room, skipping rooms, sometimes just going in circles. Turned it on today and I get a “data submission error.” Guess I’ll just break out the Shark vac which in 10 years hasn’t had any issues. Disappointing that I got this robot to lighten housework and it’s not worked out very well.
-- daglag, 2025-08-03

### *---- "App won’t let me in"
When trying to open this app on my iPhone 14 it just gets stuck for forever on the privacy policy screen with a loading spinner. The app is totally broken and won’t even open right.
-- bradehirsch, 2025-07-17

### *---- "Financial Mistake"
Spent over $800 USD on this robot that vacuums, mops and self cleans however, much of the functionality is not accessible when the app decides to crash no more than 10 seconds from opening on an iPhone 16 with the up-to-date iOS and app. I’ve deleted the app, reinstalled the app, signed out, signed back in, turned my iPhone off and on, changed wireless networks, everything I can think of for basic IT troubleshooting and yet nothing. Useless unless this is resolved, my recommendation is to look elsewhere and away from the brands under the parent company as well as chances are, it’s the same coders.
